# 🤖 What is TradeGPT?

**TradeGPT** is a natural language interface for decentralized trading. It combines the power of a DEX with an AI assistant to help you make informed trading decisions. All through simple, conversational commands. Talk to TradeGPT like you would a broker, ask for information, advice or suggestions.

Whether you're looking to trade, explore market data, or understand your portfolio, TradeGPT turns complex DeFi actions into something anyone can do.

### 💬 What Can You Ask?

You can type natural language prompts like:

* “What is the value of my portfolio?”
* “Buy me $20 of BTC with USDC”
* “What is the price of LTC?”
* “Tell me about the top meme coins”
* “Sell all my tokens worth under $10 to USDC”
* “Buy $15 USDC of meme coins”

### 🧠 What TradeGPT Can Do

* Execute trades using plain English
* Show charts, prices, and token info for better decisions
* Suggest portfolio cleanups, token swaps, or trending coins
* Handle multi-token strategies and auto-routing under the hood

> TradeGPT simplifies the experience — but gives you all the insights to trade like a pro.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.zia.finance/tradegpt/what-is-tradegpt.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
